Ms Sajida has been working in the field of Child Psychology since 2004. She secured first class first position and was awarded a Double gold medalist in Clinical Psychology from Karachi University. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London and has completed Ph.D. in Child Psychology from the University of Leicester, UK under the supervision of Prof Panos Vostanis. She currently holds an honorary visiting fellow position at the Department of Psychology, University of Leicester (UK). She has conducted several successful child & adolescents psychology training programs for primary school teachers and parents since 2007. She also has Art Therapy Foundation Course training from the British and Dubai Art therapy Association and conducts healing art training courses. She has written various papers published in national and international journals on topics related to child psychology in Pakistan.

Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)
Ms. Fatima has been in the field of teaching since 1995. She has done her Advance Diploma in Primary Education from the Institute of Education (IED-AKU) Karachi, certified by McGill University Canada. She has served as a Senior Headteacher for the primary section in a school in Karachi. She is a qualified primary school teacher who has conducted a number of training programs. She has undertaken training programs on topics such as curriculum designing, lesson planning, enhancing the teaching-learning process, reflective communication, and questioning skills for school staff, classroom management. Ms. Fātima has completed various training for early identification and management of children with special educational needs.
Ms. Sakina has a rich experience of 12 years in the field of teaching. She has recently completed, Special Needs Assistance diploma from IBA and holds teaching certificate in ECE. Apart from organizing events and programs at community level Ms Lakhani is also trained to teach children with learning difficulty and has worked with emotionally disturbed children. She has also facilitated and conducted sessions for teachers and mothers on Importance of Play and Art, and spending Quality time with children.
English Remedial Teacher (READ Diploma)
Mrs. Raza has a rich 14 years of teaching experience at the primary level both locally and overseas. She completed her graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She holds a diploma in Remedial Teaching from READ, Dyslexia Institute Karachi and has attended a course on Inclusive Education from AKU-IED. Mrs. Raza is trained to assess and teach pupils with learning disabilities. She is also trained in Early Childhood Education. Apart from completing HEART (Healing Emotionally through Art and Relaxation Training) course from CADP, she has also conducted short courses on HELP (Helping Educate about Learning Problem) at CADP for teachers and parents.
Urdu Remedial Teacher
Ms. Zainab is a Graduate of the University of Karachi. She has a rich 10 years of teaching experience. She has been working as an Urdu Remedial teacher at CADP and has developed several resource materials to assist students who need help in enhancing Urdu learning Skills. She is an expert storyteller and has conducted many short interactive and Islamic sessions for kids. She has completed a diploma in teaching practice from (ERDC) and holds a Montessori certificate from PMC. Ms Zainab also conducts workshops for teachers and parents sharing her expertise and experience in Urdu remedial teaching strategies.
Science Remedial Teacher (READ Diploma)
MS. Siddiqa has been in the field of teaching since 6 years. She holds a diploma from the London Montessori Karachi and has achieved a diploma in Teaching Practice from (ERDC). She recently completed her diploma degree from READ, Dyslexia Institute Karachi and has been trained to work with children having Emotional problems through CADP course HEART. Apart from attending various child psychology and LD courses she has also conducted sessions for mothers on spending Quality time with Children.
Maths Remedial Teacher
Ms. Aleeza has an experience of 2 years in the field of teaching. Presently she is completing her Bachelors’s from the University of Karachi. She is a trained Maths Remedial teacher from CADP-HF through the HELP course. She has developed several strategies and low-cost material to help teach abstract Math concepts to children with LD. She has been trained to work with children having Emotional problems through CADP course HEART.
Vocational Assistance & Art teacher
Ms. Zehra holds a diploma in the “English works Programme” in collaboration with the US consulate. She recently completed her training in Child psychology through I-Can course from CADP-HF. Ms. Zehra, through her passion for Art and Play is helping children with special needs by facilitating them to learn different vocational skills in art and craft.
